We ship within 3 - 5 business days.

Credit Card Address and Zip Code verfication:

Our website has been set up to accept exact adddress and zip code information.  Thus, if you know your credit card is valid and your order is not accepted, the credit card information may have been mispelled in the shopping cart, (example: there may be 2 spaces instead of 1 between words).

Domestic Shipping Cost:

Although crackseedworld.com includes a handling charge of exactly $3.00, the domestic shipping cost provided by the shopping cart is an over estimate.  The reason our shopping cart is setup to give an over estimate is because it accounts for the shipping rates of two different methods.  However, your item(s) will be shipped according to the best and/or cheapest shipping method, which are as follows:

• USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope and Boxes (shipping method 1) up to 70 lbs per box.

• USPS Priority Mail Dimensional Weight Rates will only be used for items that will not fit in the largest (13-5/8" x 11-7/8" x 3-3/8") Flat Rate Box (shipping method 2)

After your item(s) is actually shipped, crackseedworld.com will refund to your credit card the over estimated portion of the shipping charge.  Click on this link to open a pop-up window for the rates of shipping methods 1 and 2.

DOMESTIC ORDERS:

crackseedworld.com ships within the Continental U. S. A., APO, FPO, Guam and other U. S. Territories via the U. S. Postal Mail Service by Priority Mail.  

• If your order ships to any state within the U. S. A., your shipping cost will include shipping + delivery confirmation + handling ($3.00).

• All orders shipped to APO, FPO, Guam and other U. S. Territories will be insured, thus your shipping cost will include: shipping + delivery confirmation + insurance + handling ($3.00). 

HAWAII STATE TAX:

Hawaii State Residents will be charged 4.712% state tax.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

If you are ordering from a country outside of the Continental U. S. A., APO, FPO, Guam and other U. S. Territories, the following applies:

• All International orders will be shipped GLOBAL EXPRESS MAIL SERVICE (EMS), which is insured up to $100.00 and provides a tracking number.  For each order, the shipping cost includes: United States Postal Service mailing rate + handling ($3.00).   The shipping charge provided by the shopping cart is usually underestimated.  After your order is processed, crackseedworld.com will calculate your actual shipping charge and adjust your credit card charge to account for the change in the shipping charge without notice.

CHANGE OF ORDER:

If you wish to return any number of items, send a request to crackseedworld.com (Contact Us).  We require the sender to pay for:

•  shipping charges

•  insurance

 for each returned package(s).

RETURNS:

If you wish to return one or more unopened items:

• Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) (Contact Us).

• After you receive a RMA number, you may ship the product(s) at your own expense to crackseedworld.com in the same condition you received them.  Insuring each package is recommended.
